Otis joined AWC in March of 2018. He performs all preconstruction risk assessments, company safety tracking, risk mitigation, risk audits, and all accident/incident investigations. He is a certified OSHA 500/501, First Aid/CPR, and Smith Systems Safe Drivers trainer.
